 Founded in 1990, ASSET MORTGAGE CORPORATION is a Houston-based mortgage brokerage company serving the entire State of Texas.

ASSET MORTGAGE CORPORATION has been approved by more than 40 major institutional mortgage lenders and investors to provide their loan products and rates to our clients. This means that we can save you time and money by “shopping” rates and loan programs on your behalf. It also means that we have more flexibility in getting difficult loans approved in a timely manner.
ASSET MORTGAGE CORPORATION is approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (DHUD) to provide FHA loans. We are also an authorized VA lender and hold a TEXAS SECOND LIEN LICENSE. In addition, we maintain origination and underwriting approvals from FNMA and FHLMC (the quasi-government sponsored secondary lenders).
ASSET MORTGAGE CORPORATION’S mortgage professionals are individually licensed mortgage brokers in the State of Texas. We also maintain memberships in the Greater Houston Mortgage Brokers Association (GHAMB), the Texas Mortgage Brokers Association (TAMB), the National Mortgage Brokers Association (NAMB), the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and the Better Business Bureau.
